Not until he returned and had a few sips of his coffee did Terry look at the headline. PRESIDENT COLLAPSES in three inch bold caps leaped out at him from the Washington Post. His heart raced and the fog cleared from his head as he rapidly devoured every word on the story. His life depended upon the President. President Rood had been the opportunity that came knocking on his door and Terry had seized it. He needed to make the most of it, milk it for all it was worth.
