Part 6- Kent

I was alive, but just barely. While I was lying there wishing for a way to live, I watch as my beautiful mate had shown how strong and powerful she was. Goddess, she should know that I love her. But, I don't want to scare her away. I hope she will accept me and be my Luna for our pack/Queen for all Werewolves and all Vampires. Holy s**t! That sounds super weird. It makes me feel weird to know that I am to be the King of the Werewolves and Vampires after Jane's Luna ceremony. Jane is so strong and brave, but I know she will be a handful. It's ok with me though. She is the perfect Queen for me, the Moon Goddess said so the moment we were paired together as mates.

I was bleeding out and she was finishing up her speech. She glanced over my way. Once she was done, she walked over to me.

"Hey, Beautiful! You know without you, I would probably be the one dead right now. But thanks to you, I am alive and breathing! I now owe a life debt. I know I owe my life and I will make sure that I get to show you how much I am grateful for you. You were great out there showing how strong, brave, and powerful you are to fight for me and our mate bond. Thank you for doing that, Baby! I am still in shock that you brought Percy, an Alpha. How did you do that?" Kent asked.

"Are you sure right now is a good time to tell you how I did that? I was thinking that once we get more of the pack here and a vehicle that we can travel to our pack's land to the pack hospital, so the Doctor can check over you." She says, showing off her pride in saying 'our' pack.

"Ok. We can wait to do that, but the moment we are on the pack's land and in the pack hospital, I would like to know. Just promise me that you will tell me, ok?" I asked her, in a compromising kind of way.

"Ok, I promise you that!" she had agreed without putting up much of a fight.

Not even thirty minutes later, the rest of the pack was here and loading me into the bed of my Ford truck. (Jane and I have the smallest pack ever known.) I told them to put me in the bed of my truck because my truck was still very new and I didn't want any blood on my truck's new leather seats.

Once we were on our way back to the pack's territory, all things quiet. Jane had her arms wrapped around me. She wasn't going to let me go either. I was very happy to be in her arms. She was scared and devastated that she almost lost me. But I kept telling her that she shouldn't be scared. I told her that I was never going to go away. I will always be around for her. She can't seem to lose me quite yet. I know that she isn't ready for that to happen. I know that we just found each other, but I feel like we have gotten to know each other a little bit each time that we have spoken. 

After about a thirty-minute drive to the pack's territory, the pack had gotten me to the pack hospital in one piece. The pack took me in to see the doctor as soon as possible. Jane was trailing behind. Her face was red and had tears streaming down her cheeks. Her eyes weren't the normal white, they were red and sad.  She was really nervous that Percy was going to kill me. I am glad she stepped in when she did because if not, she would be mateless and it would break my heart to know that. Hell, it breaks my heart right now to see how sad she is.

Once I am laid down on the hospital bed and the pack has left, I pat the area next to me, so she could come to lay down by me. She didn't budge.

"Baby, please come here, I would love it if you would come here so I can tell you a few different things." I pleaded with her. Not even a minute later, she was next trying not to cry. I pulled her to my chest. "Hey, it's ok! It was not your fault that happened to you. It was your father's fault. He was selfish and wanted power instead of happiness for his only daughter. That was very wrong of him to do that. Now that he is gone and dealt with, I promise to make you happy for the rest of our days! You are my mate and your happiness means the world to me!" I continued to calm her down from her crying. I give her a weird sideways hug. It was more like an awkward hug. After the hug, she just laughed. That sound, her laugh, is the most beautiful thing I have ever heard. That is until I get to hear her scream my name in pleasure when we will be making love. I cannot wait for that to happen. I just began to feel my d**k twitch. Great! Just what I need. I need to stop because if not, she and the doctor will see a surprise. That surprise being my boner. I mean it's not like I can help it. My mate is hot, so it was bound to happen. Black hair like a raven and their feathers. Greenish-brown eyes with sunkissed skin. She is about five feet, eight inches worth of beautiful gorgeous, and troublesome for me. I cannot wait to have her beautiful lips around me if you know what I mean :)! Man, I am sounding like a horny teenager with lots of hormones going through me. Ugh...Where the hell is the f*****g doctor when you need him??

Jane must know what I am thinking because she is looking at me with desire in her eyes. She is seriously going to be the death of me. She just keeps staring at me while I stare at her. I don't even register her moving her hand up my thigh of my pants to where my d**k lays. She starts to stroke it. Slow, but good movement strokes. The way she has her hand stroking me won't let me last much longer. I come in my pants seconds later. I am now a sticky gooey mess by the time that she stops. I can feel it. Once she was done, I looked over the entrance of the door and see the doctor with his eyes bigger than his head. I didn't notice him sooner. Oops! Apparently, neither did Jane because once I bring my eyes back to hers, she just laughs. Oh, dear Goddess, the doctor just saw my mate getting me off, what the hell! So, I begin to laugh along with her. The doctor leaves to go find another doctor. He must've been too embarrassed to see what he had seen. Well, I wouldn't blame him. He should've knocked on the wall or the door to make himself known!

It wasn't my fault, intentionally! I could've stopped her, but who am I kidding? She has me underneath her spell, plus her hands felt great on me. About fifteen minutes later, after the first doctor had left to find the second doctor, Doctor Luke had come in to check on me.

"Why, hello there, Alpha! How are you doing? Who might this beauty be, sitting next to you?" Doctor Luke asked. When he called Jane a 'beauty' I knew he was trying to flirt with my mate, so I growled.

"I am doing alright. This beautiful woman next to me is my mate, your Luna." I looked at Jane with loving eyes.

"My apologies, Luna. Please forgive me!" Doctor Luke apologized sincerely.

Then Doctor Luke puts his hand out in front of Jane, so she could shake it. Once I saw his intentions, I growled a little louder this time. I thought it was a growl that only people in the room could hear but nope, the whole pack could hear it. It doesn't go unnoticed by anyone. The looks that Luke and Jane give me just makes me laugh.  I mean I can't help but be possessive of my mate; it doesn't matter who you are, no one will talk or anything else to my mate without my mate and I's permission. She is mine, after all. I do know she is new to being mated, but that doesn't mean that I need to remind the pack who she is. I have to protect her from all the unmated males in the pack, at least until we have finished completing the mating process.

Jane reaches her hand out. As she does this, I growl making sure this one doesn't go without notice.

"It's ok. I promise not to hurt her. I just want to shake her hand." Doctor Luke says calmly. I sigh and then she shakes his hand. She is a nervous wreck given my being possessive of her. I guess it's gonna have to take some getting used to.
