Anna POV
“you cannot win Anna so just give up.” Damien said with a satisfied smirk on his face.
“I will never give up.” I said standing up picking up my sword and spitting the blood from my mouth. Damien gave a dark chuckle and swung his sword catching me off guard causing me to lose my balance and hit my head against the floor.
“just give up.” Damien said crouching down beside me. “is this what you want Damien? Is this how you want to see me weak and defenceless?” I asked feeling myself slip back into the scared little girl I once was.
“I can give you everything you have ever wanted and in return you just have to stay here and away from your mate, and if you can do that I will give you the antidote to your problem.” Damien said looking at me with emotionless eyes.
