I have been wondering the woods for a few days now and I have found no sign of Alberich or Michael. What I did find was rogues coming after me and what bothered me the most was most of them knew my name.
As soon as I confirmed my name they attacked without warning and they went straight for the kill. Whoever sent them really doesn’t want me around. I thought as I drag the last two bodies onto the pile.
‘that makes six for today only and the day isn’t even over yet.’ I thought as I walked away.
I haven’t been home in over a month and I just hope that they are all okay.
As I walked the way Zachery took me the day I met Alberich I heard screaming. I stopped and listened until I heard it again and ran in the direction of the screams.
