The demon grabs me by my shirt and headbutts me before kicking me away. He looks at Cam with dark eyes and rushes toward him. In a flash, I'm back between Cam and the demon, punching him in the jaw. He stumbles back before regaining his stance.
"Cam, run to the exit!" I yell and push the demon to the ground, trying to buy time for Cam.
He looks confused before finally bounding to the door. The demon disappears from under me and reappear in front of Cam. He snarls as he kicks him to the side. Anger pulses through my veins , followed with the urge to kill. I use my vampire speed to dash to the demon, hitting his jaw with my elbow as soon as I'm in range. A sickeningly sweet cracking sound echoes through the corridor as his jaw snaps and blood spills onto the white floor.
