I woke up in the middle of the night, with the terrible feeling that I had not yet had enough sleep and the fear of not being able to fall asleep again. I looked at my companions, one by one. It was strange how people looked as they slept, so calm, so peaceful. Why couldn't I rest like that? I looked at the clock, it was about one o'clock in the morning, and we had agreed to wake up at five o'clock to leave at six o'clock with the first rays of sunlight.
