I avoided looking at him. How was it possible? Was it really him? I couldn't resist and turned to look at him. He was as tall as the last time, and even though it had only been weeks, he looked older, though not yet out of his fifties. His fair skin was still flawless, as was his brown hair. His bushy brown beard, which ran from ear to ear, was one with his mustache, giving volume to his thin, tired face. He wore a green checkered shirt, and over it a long dark brown jacket.
