"Jeff" said Alan in a serious tone: "Do you want to check if we are being followed?” "I'm on my way" he replied before going straight to lean out the window of the bunks. I managed to get to my feet and moved forward after him. They couldn't follow us. We deserved peace, we had been through enough. We deserved a few moments of peace. I stopped at the bathroom door and from there checked through the back window that we weren't being followed. “They are coming!" Jeff announced before turning around and stopped dead in his tracks when he realized I was there. He slowly advanced straight towards me, he wanted to talk to me, to comfort me. But I didn't want to. I didn't want Jeff or anyone specific. I wanted to be alone, so I slipped out the door to my left and closed it behind me.
