"What?"I asked,when there was no response from the man sitting in front of me, "surprised by this new turn of events?"
He blinked,and then his lips turned into a wide grin before he chuckled,shaking his head at me.
The sound of his chuckle stirred something in me,singing to my soul as I yearned to hear his laughter.
