Thicker fog seemed to have rolled in from nowhere and insects began to make their diverse noises. Wick was slumped forward on the bear's back, struggling to stay awake, but the sudden jolt of Moon halting woke him up. “Are we here?” he asked. Yewki scanned the nearby hills and trees then turned to the two of them. “Yes, we're here,” he announced. He picked up the pace, recognising more and more of the environment. To Wick, he looked like a predator sniffing out prey, but in reality he was finding the entrance to the underground hideout. “Here we are, hurry,” Yewki pointed.
