Brielle’s POV
I stood up from the bed, stretched my body, and realized the sun had gone down, I was stunned and instantly rushed to the window to gaze at the sky. I had no idea how I fell asleep, and I must have slept all day.
My stomach rumbled abruptly, and I spotted the empty plate and cup of coffee beside me, I sighed and scooped them up as I walked out of the room, and I started walking down the stairs, I heard laughter and furrowed my brows.
I was startled when I heard my father's laughter and rushed down the stairs to see Aunt Claire, my Uncle, and, most importantly, my father all sitting together and enjoying whatever they were drinking.
