“Here, it's a bit cold…have some coffee,” Felix said and placed a coffee mug on the desk. I glanced at him and nodded with a smile.
“Thanks, Felix… you should get going now,” I said with a smile, hoping he wouldn't bother with me. It was late, I asked Dennis to let me stay for a bit longer, and he agreed. Felix suggested staying as well. I saw how he was glancing at his watch now and then.
“No, I can't leave you here… I'll drive you home once you are done,” he said with a grin and sat down across my desk. I didn't want that. I could see he had somewhere to go.
