Marco was becoming very close. He called often and wanted to see me as many times as I could manage.
He said I was his get-away and he was not going to let himself stay alone when he knew he could call and ask nicely for me to come out to the library which was our usual meeting point from where we proceeded to either grab a meal or get something to drink and he offered to pay every time, even when I wanted to take the bills sometimes.
