The moment I got home, my mom got me to wash the veggies, wash the rice, roast the chicken etc. It was so tiring. Around 6:50, I went to my room to get ready since I told them to get here by 7. I took a shower with my favourite vanilla shampoo. I got dressed in black jean shorts and a blue tee with no shoes, I mean I'm in my house. Just as I was putting my hair in a bun, I heard the doorbell ring.
"I'll get it", I yelled from my room. By the time I got to the door, my parents were ready.
"Hey!!!", The girls greeted with enthusiasm.
"Hi", I said as I hugged them.
"Drama queen", Ethan and I said at the same time causing both of us to laugh as we hugged.
"Hey twinie" Benny said as he hugged me
"Hello, little bro," I said with a teasing grin
Then I saw Demitrey in his glory. He was dressed casually as usual. Black ripped jeans with a blue shirt that I'm sure will rip if he flexes his muscle too much.
"Hi," I said awkwardly not knowing how to behave around him.
"Hey", he said as he pulled me for a hug and placed a kiss on my forehead. The spark that went through my body was amazing. I was pretty sure I was redder than a red bell pepper. Then Erik hugged me.
"Ariana, won't you bring your friends in?" my mom yelled from the kitchen.
"Come on. Let's go meet my parents". I said as I led them towards the dining.
"Mom, these are my friends", I said.
My mom was getting something from the fridge, so she was backing us.
"Oh hello darlings", she said as she turned around. But her smile disappeared the moment she saw Benny. The bowl of salad in her hand fell and shattered. My dad rushed to the kitchen the moment he had the noise.
"what's wrong Beverly?", my dad asked, panicked. . When my mom didn't speak, he followed her gaze and the moment his gaze landed on Benny, he also froze. We were all confused and when we looked at Benny, he was also shocked like my parents.
"Benjamin?" My parents enquired.
"Mom and dad?", Benny responded shocking us all especially me.YAY
