Chapter 27 Dad and I joined Colten back at the animal pens. He’d already hung the ribbon out on the gate in front of Lola Belle. He waved when he saw us coming. “Marty, Jim,” he said. “Good job, Colten,” Dad told him, clapping him on the shoulder. “She’s a fine animal. You’ll get it next time.” “I hope so.
