"Hey, who are you?" Asked the man beneath Seyan, fearlessly staring at her.
Seyan exerted more force on his neck and smiled devilishly, "Denovo at your service."
"What! Denovo is fe-" he exclaimed but the rest of his words were muffled when Seyan covered his mouth.
Casting him another threatening look, she warned, "Anymore word and you don't want to know your fate."
The man knew what she meant and to ease the awkward situation, he raised his hands in surrender. Seyan sighed in relief and released him.
A few minutes later the two sat on the bed where Reyo still lay unconscious. Seyan didn't understand why she hadn't yet awakened and worry quickly shone on her face. Through the window, she could see the blazing sun and she had lost track of time when her stomach suddenly rumbled.
