EMILY The night was suddenly so cold as I moved through the halls and towards the main door. It was at that moment that I caught some movement through the corner of my right eye. Sliding behind the pillar, I focused on the angle the movement had come from and noticed that there were about three guards talking to each other. "I don’t know why you’re delaying us, Chester," one of them grumbled as he tapped his gun. "We have to be at the border in a few minutes, or the head officer will have our necks.
