After the light Chapter 3*

I feel my body hurting, I try to open my eyes but it's very hard as I get stuck,I try to move my body, my hands, but I feel hurt , I managed to put my hands in fist, I feel my body heavy as if I went to the gym for 1 month and I did not get out of there at all, what happened to me?
