Chapter 4 : Well Laid Plans

We fabricated major points of our relationship like how we met and how long we had been together and such. By the time he was fully packed we had a decent understanding of our fake relationship so we headed back to my house to prepare more for the week that awaited us. We also got to know each other more and I found myself realizing that if I wasn't careful, I could very possibly fall for this person. I let Sebastian sleep in my guest bedroom for the night and we both woke up rather early to make our way to the airport. As soon as we pulled up to the airport, I was personally greeted by the staff who ushered us towards a private part of the airport. I made sure they knew Grayson, Bridget, and some friends were going to be joining us on my private jet for the day, which I knew they weren't going to be expecting. I had bought it after Grayson and I's divorce and wanted it to be a surprise. “Wait, you have a private jet?” Sebastian questioned as he took my hand in his and let them swing between us. “I'm royalty!” I joked, laughing for a moment. “I'm one of the two owners of Jensen industries. My partner Lacey and I are both pretty well off by just owning the company. If we extend our branches the right way we could be the most profitable company in the world pretty soon,” I explained. “Damn,” he simply said. “Look at us being all impressive,” he smirked. We agreed to be coupley as soon as we got to the airport for the week in case someone was watching us when we didn't realize so I leaned in closer to him and he let go of my hand and wrapped his arm around my shoulders, hugging me into his side. “Mmm, an actor and a businesswoman, we are one hell of a pair,” I giggled. “Misses Carson, it's a pleasure to see you today!” I was greeted by the guard in the VIP area. “Mr. James! It's nice to see you again,” I grinned. “Where are we heading today, ma'am?” “Hawaii, for a destination wedding,” I responded as I heard the muffled voices of Grayson and Bridget behind me. “Ooh, I hear the rest of the party,” I said before turning around with Sebastian stuck to my side. “Gray! Bridget! Surprise, you get to ride on a private jet,” I said with a smile. “What? How could you afford this, Ela?” “Mira is one hell of a business woman,” Sebastian said, causing me to blush. The only nickname I had ever really had was Ela so him calling me something different made it more special, even if it was fake. “Oh, Bash, stop,” I blushed, hiding my face. “You're adorable when you blush,” he mumbled in my ear, causing me to blush more and smack his chest lightly. “Guys, this is Sebastian,” I introduced them, my face completely red. He held out the hand that wasn't around me to shake Grayson's hand. “It's a pleasure to meet you guys. Just sorry it took this long to finally meet,” he said as he shook Gray’s hand.
