Chapter 9:The Threat.

But peace was not to be found for Lily and Luca. As they settled into their new home, strange things began to happen. They received threatening messages, warning them to stay away from Black Lotus and to never speak of their past again.

Lily felt a chill run down her spine as she read the latest message. "Luca, we're being hunted," she whispered, her eyes wide with fear.

Luca's face hardened as he read the message. "We can't let them intimidate us, Lily. We have to stand up to them."

But standing up to Black Lotus was easier said than done. The gang was ruthless and powerful, and they would stop at nothing to silence anyone who crossed them.

On the verge and temptation of trying to negotiate with the gang member, Luca had almost been murdered in cold blood by trying to make them believe that he wanted to become a member of the group again while Lily was left in the dark not knowing anything about what he was trying to do.On the other side Lily tried to get the police involved, knowing very well that she is a big time hacker she reconsiderd her decision and tried to make another plan.
