Her innocence and His coldness

-2: Attack

The whole kingdom was decked up with a festive look. But who knew everything is gonna change in just a few hours?

Sara was getting ready for her sacrifice. The maids bathed her in a tub full of rose petal. She looked gorgeous after the shower. Her father made a dress for her wedding which was designed by the most talented designer in her kingdom. She silently did everything he told her. Her face didn't show any emotion.

Juli: What happened princess? Why are you sad?

She smiled at Sara.

Sara: Nothing Juli. I am fine.

Sara forced a smile through her pain. It couldn't skip Juli's eye. She was with Sara always from her childhood. She knows about her more then anyone else. Now she also got a hint about Sara's sacrifice. Sara never wanted to get married with some stranger . Alas! To make her father happy, she has to do this.

Juli continued to adore her . At last ,her makeup was done and she looked like a fallen angel. Anyone would instantly fall in love with her. Moreover her pure brown pupil made her look more attractive. These eyes glitters whenever the sunraws fall on them. Juli stared at her for some moment then left with other maid .

Sara was all alone in her room. She thought about her dreams. When she was 17 , she made a whole list of doings what she was going to do after turning 18. However her life got fully changed since her 18th birthday.

Hindering her thoughts, her father knocked on the door.

'Sara ,my precious daughter. May I come in?'

He was standing outside the room. Sara never expected this kind of behavior from her father. He always entered her room without any knock or hint. Why is he behaving like this today?

Sara: Yes definitely, father. You don't have to ask for my permission.

She stood up to welcome him. He moved to her and gave a sudden hug. She was baffled by his action. Soon ,she could feel some warm droplets falling on her shoulder. That means her father was crying. Sara's mind couldn't process anything. Why is he crying ? And why he would cry? He was so excited about this marriage. What happened to him now?

' I am sorry, dear. I failed to be a good father.'

He tightened his grip around her. She lifted her hands to hug him back. His words continued and tears were still dropping.

'I know you are upset with my decision but know that your father never wants anything bad for you. You'll always be happy with that king. He will keep you with respect and dignity. Don't worry. '

Saying this, he patted your head and backed up from his hug. He cleaned his cheeks which were wet by his tears and looked at you with a smile.

Anis's Pov

" ' My daughter, I don't know how many days I have left to live! I was cruel enough to destroy so many people. Now it's my turn to get ruined. And I don't want you to pay for my sins. It is high time I got a lesson. From today ,you'll be set free from this torture. '

Somehow Anis become awared of the things coming in the future days. Many kingdoms planned to attack. And Anis is afraid cause losing kingdom is fine but if he loses Sara, he won't be able to forgive himself."

Sara also streched her mouth to form a small smile. He nodded and left the room. Sara became lone again with her new thoughts. Why was her father reacting like that?

Suddenly she heard a scream, she immediately run outside to see that the soldiers were running around the place. Soon she heard the warning bell. That means someone attacked on them..

Anis: Commander arrange all the soldiers right now. Defend the kingdom instead of fighting.

He walked to the soldier room while talking with the commander.

Commander: I am afraid sir we could engage so many soldiers. ( He was sharing the same walk speed as the king. But his words made him stood straight. Maybe he forgot about his action.)

Anis: What? But why? ( He looked confused. His mind crossed the fact that he sent most of the Army to receive the King of Albania. )

Oh no! Now what? How can we win or defend? We need to plan a strategy. Come on.

( They both headed toward the war preparation room. )

Sara saw the people getting panicked and running around the palace. She hurried to her room and immediately changes her clothes. She took a sword from her cupboard. She has been hidden this sword from her family cause they don't allow woman to use this. Now it is time for Sara to use it. She used to get training from one of her friend's father who was very kind and caring to Sara. Her family never got to know about this.

Taking the weapon,she went outside. Many enemies broke into the mansion and all the maids became frightened. Sara stroms on these soldier.

She first slightly moved her sword in front of them so that they'll assume her to be weak. And as soon they came closer , Sara bended down and cut their legs. The blood smeared her body. This is the first time Sara killed someone.

She at once got up and instructed all the women of the palace to go toward their hidden room.

Along with her mother and sister-in-law ,all of them began their walk. Behind them Sara was protesting with the enemy. She injured a lot of them. Though they were trained , Sara could manage them single handedly.

Once they reached the room, Sara locked the room. And told everyone to back up. There was a ruckus going outside. They were able to hear hues and crys. Sara was hurt. She never thought about this day.

Suddenly everything became silent. Sara doubted. She slowly moved to the door. A few breaths later, someone knocked. Nobody replied.

Sara backed up. She was thinking that they might have gone when the door broke into pieces. Someone Burst into the room but there was no person. Everyone in the place we're petrified.

Sara began to take some steps to the door. Soon her legs got froze by the scene she saw the next moment. Alric (Her brother) barged into the room with slow steps. Her heart shrinked. Her brother was in a state of half death. His clothes were torned , blood was flowing from many parts of his body. And added to the pain her eyes fall upon the dog shackle around his neck. Her mother and sister-in-law were crying from her behind. She collapsed on the ground.

The moment Sara's mom got up to approach her son, another person through the door appears. He held a sharp sword on the side of Sara's brother neck. Her mom got frozen.

Jacob: Don't you dare to move or else he'll be done with his life.

He indicated to the sword . Her mom fall back.

Jacob: So you know who am I?

None made a sound which angered him.

Jacob: I AM YOUR KING. JACOB....

He almost screamed these words with anger. Everyone were daunted by his voice. Rough, tough ,madness, revenge full tone.

Sara couldn't follow anything happening in the room. She was just staring at her brother.

Jacob: So now as I am your new king, what should I do with you all?

He rised his sword up and swirled it to the maids. At one point, it stopped at Sara.

Jacob: You have two choice. One I'll kill him.

(He again placed his sword on Alric's shoulder)

Frenie (Sara's mom ) : No no please.

She almost begged for her son. A mother can do anything for her child.

Jacob: Two I'll kill them all.

( His sword edge pointed to the other people.)

JACOB: Who wants to die for this filthy person?

( He pushed Alric down. )

No one talked. Frenie held her hands Infront of Jacob.

Frenie: Please. Leave him. You can kill me instead. Take my life my life but leave him.

She wept immensely. Stacy didn't mutter any word instead she cried quietly.

Sara's eyes also began to exuced some liquid.

Jacob: Ok . To save both of them , Princess, you have to do something...

He smirked at Sara . She didn't bother to look up once to see that cruel man's face. Her face was down at Alric.

Frenie: What is that? ( She replied between her sobs)

Jacob took a view of the helpless body of Alric and then put his gaze on Sara..

Jacob: Princess are you ready to hear what I want? It's a very big sacrifice. You better hold your heart.

( His voice was hoarsed enough to give someone goosebumps)

Everyone gulped their saliva whereas it didn't effect Sara at all .

JACOB: YOU HAVE TO BECOME MY MISTRESS.

No voice was heard after that announcement. Only breathing sound were echoing in the room.
