Chapter 36

1098 Words

George's POV. It's been the third day since Tammy left the bar, I'm certain she couldn't have gone for that long on her will unless something had happened to her. I was seated in my lodge when the door opened, and it was Mr. Randy, I rose to my feet immediately. “Good morning, Mr. Randy. What brings you to the lodge?” He stepped into the room and leaned against the wall, “I was told that you're the last person to see Tammy leave the bar, is that true?” “Yes,” I responded, trying to read his emotionless face. “She hasn't been back since then, did you notice?” “Yes, I did, and I've been trying to call her, but she isn't picking.” “She left her phone in her lodge, it seemed like she wasn't going to stay out long, but it's now taking forever.” “I don't quite understand you, Mr. Randy.”
