CHAPTER NINETEEN Steel weaved in and out of the crowds of tourists, trying to blend in, attempting to be invisible so he wouldn’t be seen by his quarry. Steel did not rush in his pursuit. He was tall enough to see over most people's heads, but at the same time, he wasn’t so tall he stood out. Steel kept Brad in his sights. Twenty-feet out.
