Movie night was perfect. Terrifying – especially after my scare earlier in the evening – but perfect. Somehow, being so scared that I had to keep my hand over my mouth because I kept making everyone else scream when I screamed took away some of the terror of earlier in the evening. But that didn’t mean I wasn’t scared. Or that my friends were going to let me pretend I wasn’t.
