Mac and Charlie

I wake to a yellow dimmed light and then I hear growling, knowing something is wrong. I ran to the door and saw Ken running full speed at the stairs above me. Without thinking, I tackled Kenny, because I heard Lily talking. I hold Ken in place and let him Charlie talk to his wolf via mind link, as i listen to what this man is saying to Tracy. This man is dangerous, I feel it. He has the potential to even harm me. But what is he? Finally, Ken calms down and I get up, allowing Ken to get to his feet.

I hear Tracy telling him the things I have been feeling and now I know I am not the only one feeling this. I answered Sam's question. "Yes".

Sam walked past us faster then I expected than to the second door on the left and opened it. Instantly, the pulling gets intense. at the same time, I had a s****l desire wash over me. Confused, I asked what is this? Charlie is going crazy trying to get out. He is wanting control. I try to calm him down, but I'm not doing very good at it.

Then I feel it. Lilith put her hand on my shoulder and chest. Making me look at her, she looks deep in my eyes and I calm down. Charlie instantly calms, saying only that she's so beautiful and she is ours. I wrapped my arms around Lilith and brought her in for a hug, releasing a breath I didn't know I was holding. Feeling her soft breasts press against my chest, I relaxed.

Feeling much stronger and in control, I let Lily go. Thank you beautiful. Smiling Lily and I followed the others down the stairs into the dimly lit room.

Something tells me once we go here, there will be no way to go back.

Loveing the fact that lily is holding my hand the whole way down makes me feel good. I wonder if she knows I want her?

I don't really know Mac. The moment the door opened I had the feeling of freedom and need. I'm not sure what it is, but its different from a mate bond, more s****l and primal. Like now, I feel like i am pulling away from you and, at the same time, I want to mate.

Yeah , I have similar feelings too. The deeper we go into the room, the stronger it feels. For some reason, having Lily hold our hand eases that feeling somehow.

We were almost to the bottom with the others when Lily turned to me and said, " I know we have just met but, I feel like I need to protect you for some reason." '

Hearing her say that, I became concerned. Of all needs she needs to protect me? I'm a bear for goodness sake! She obviously saw the expression on my face because she turned red and Charlie started to cuss at me in my head. Apologising to her, I tried to salvage the situation with a light hearted joke. "Lily my queen, yes please protect me.. hold me.. press my face in your boosum and keep me from harm" as I wiggled my eyebrows at her.

Smiling at me, Lilling wraps her arm in mine saying, " stay close to me and I shall protect you." in the funniest deep voice she can muster.

Me and Charlie both chuckle as i take her arm and as if i am the maiden in distress and she is the hero.

Again coming to an abrupt stop, we saw Ken frozen in front of us on the stairs. I asked Ken " are you OK man? Looking in the direction he was looking, I freeze.

Lily looks at the same time I do and her head tilts a bit to the side.

Mac stay alert. They are not normal shifters, nor are they human. i think we need to be sure they do not want to bring us any harm and, no matter what, protect lily she is ours!
