Lorenzo's POV I broke free and tried to dash towards her but it was too late. The bomb went off and she was caught in the aftermath. The shock wave pushed me and all other officers backwards. The heat was intense and I felt a few hairs on my face burn to cinders. My ears began to ring and I covered them with my hands and groaned. The smell of fire soon over came the place and i could feel orange and red flames dancing in the distance. I peeped from my hiding spot and saw the lieutenant writhing in pain.
