It had already been an 10 minutes since the bus left and I was left with one fair option , walking . Wich wasn't exactly fair since none of this was technically my fault . I was stuck weighing my options when I spotted a familiar car moving towards my direction , trust me I knew exactly who it was so I started moving towards my destination
"How about I give you a ride ?" he shouted making me stare daggers at him.
" How about you leave me alone and stop following me in broad daylight because I might scream" I said while walking faster towards the direction of the woods . I would do anything to getaway from this annoying conversation, if it was legal to call it one. So I figured out a short cut would be a great alternative to the problem at hand .
" Hey where are you going ? you're not going into the woods are you?"
I could feel the bile starting to rise up from my stomach due to the level of irritation I was feeling at that moment .
All I could do was ignore every cautious instinct rising every second because of the presence of this inquisitive man.
The woods were quite invigorating as the sound of vehicles roaming the streets were drowning slowly as I was getting closer to the river .My calm thoughts were brought back by the boisterous sound of tree branches landing one after the other on the ground . The hair on my skin abruptly stood to attention allowing the gushing wind to freeze me fearfully . At that moment the only thought that invaded my mind was the peculiarity of the dream I had last night. Within seconds of scanning my surroundings I broke into a full sprint towards where I came from because believe me when I say home was a thousand footsteps away . As I was running I imagined the worst that could happen and damn it made the adrenaline pumping in my veins pump faster without warning .
I knew I shouldn't have but I was tempted to turn backwards and that was the worst mistake I have ever made as I met head on with an insanely fit chest .At that moment I knew it was fate knocking on my fragile door and damn it knocked really hard. The fear engulfed in my mind was visible through my stiffened body as my heart stopped beating while eyeing the chest in front of me and that was it for me as my consciousness slipped out....
The last voice I could hear was a "woah" and a hard thump on someone's arms and the lights went out..
