kidnapped....

I was woken by the sound of beeping car under the harshest street light shining through the window .woah .. a window ! . I adjusted my eyesight knowing that I was in a stationary vehicle but wait, don't kidnappers and killers put their victims at the boot of the car . My heart started racing at the thought and I was shifting uncomfortably on my seat trying to unbuckle the seatbelt . I noticed that I was alone in the car and it would be the perfect time to escape . Panic was slowly taking over my body because in my state you don't relax , you scream and cry but in my case it would've drawn too much attention . So I right after the seatbelt I started Pulling at the door handle Wich was extremely reckless and irresponsible because when you're abducted in a car its always locked . I began pulling vigorously and for God knows what because it was useless.

Eventually I gave up and started sobbing , my body shaking uncontrollably as I felt the whole world closing in on me . As if hearing me the car doors unlocked the drivers side door opened and the doors locked again containing me inside.

" Why are you crying? " I heard a voice from the door on the drivers side of the car but as much as that shocked me what came next shocked me even more.

It was him , Zach the very person I was getting away from. You wouldn't believe it when I babble about the relief that flooded through me. His perfectly knitted eyebrows were furrowed in confusion.

"How could you? " I said my voice barely audible " You scared the living heck out of me and you keep doing this" this time I was crying louder than before .

" Hey don't cry , I was trying to help" he said worry written all over his face

" How exactly ?" I asked trying to get my breath back to normal

" Well you were running , you are scared and you fainted " he listed while getting into the car with a bag of stuff I imagined to be food because I realised he went inside the Food Stuff store.

" How long have I been out for? " I asked quite embarrassed

" 4 hours " he replied

" I should have been home hours ago" I sighed with exhaustion

" I'll get you home right after you eat " he said pointing at the bags infront of him

" It's not like I can protest since this is all your fault " I pointed out staring at the window as he was parking near the garage

"Aren't you gonna call your parents to notify them about your whereabouts ?" he asked innocently . If he would've asked that a time ago I would have crumbled right here but as time goes you heal but of course you forget and you never move on from your life because parents are life .

" Don't have any and my aunt's working night shift " I said barely audibly while looking out the window

" Oh, I'm sorry I didn't mean to.." he spoke with what I imagined to be emotion while I stopped him by saying " it's okay this stuff happens and people move on "

The next few minutes of eating were quite until I got quite tired of it .

" So why are you always following me? " I asked putting and end the unbearable silence .

" I don't follow you I just happen to find you in time of need , since I figured out the bus driver doesn't exactly like you " he said

" And who's fault is that exactly ?"

"This morning was your fault and this afternoon was your fault " he said smiling slightly and I should point out it was similar to the one I noticed in the hallways this morning. It was sincere and warm , I shook my head kicking out the thoughts in my head.

" I'm sorry if you haven't already noticed but I hate being stalked , it doesn't exactly make me comfortable " I said with a sarcastic tone

" I understand that " he responded

" Didn't seem like it when you were tailing me this morning" I said

" Okay fine , this morning I did follow you but only out of curiosity " he shrugged

" mmh " I answered as if I understood every word that came out of his visibly soft lips but I didn't and every movement was drawing me in to this strangely alluring man .

" So you're new at school ?" I asked shifting my attention and he nodded.

" Why switch during senior year " I asked while finishing up my burger and sipping my soda

" I was homeschooled until now , so I decided to spend the rest of my school year getting to know other people" he replied

" hmmph, wise decision" I supported

After a few minutes we were done eating and he started the car towards the direction of my house. Within a few minutes he stopped in front of my house and unlocked the car doors but I was not about to jump off his car because How did he know where I live?
