Chapter 29 A bump jolted Oriana awake. She sat up, and pain rolled over her butt and down her thighs. Ouch! Dominik leaned between the seats and touched her cheek. “Hey, sleepy. Sorry about that—I tried to ease over the bump, but the shocks on my Jeep are shot. You okay?” “Uh huh.” She rubbed her face with her fists and looked around. “Where are we?” “About fifty miles from Dartmouth. We’ll be home soon.” Dominik shifted to one side and helped her climb over the front seats. “I stopped for a coffee.
