Lena snapped out of her day dreaming and looked at Julia who gave her a big smile.
“Come and look.”
Lena stood up from the chair and walked towards the mirror. Her hair was straightened so it reached her waist. Her makeup wasn’t too excessive but more than she was used to with some shimmer on her eyelids, a cateye eyeliner, mascara, and a subtle nude lip. Her silver dress was accessorised with a simple silver coloured bracelet, necklace and earrings.
“I…”
“You look beautiful, hon’. Even if you feel weird then just embrace it ‘cause you are gorgeous.”
Julia stood behind her, smiling, when she gave her squeeze.
“You have really done an amazing job, Julia. It’s just… odd to see myself glammed up. I’ve never really done that.”
