It was obvious from the sound that resonated from me that I am pissed at the term they used to describe my mate.
“Yes, she's my mate, she has a name and it's Aria,” I spoke out loud, quietly looking at them with fury written all over my body, my blood pumped and I could hear the fast beat of my heart.
Elder Lucius looked towards the other Elder that made that statement, as if he's trying to berate him for what he said.
I looked at the faces of all the elders and my Omega, they looked calm and collected.
“You already know about it,” I said, nodding my head at them and they still remained quiet.
“Elder Lucius, say something,”
“Alpha, everyone already knows about it, the only problem is that we don't know her, you've not given us a chance to know her, how can we trust her?”
