I've never experienced something like this before in a very long time, the last time my pack was attacked, I was away in the university, that was probably my saving grace from being killed.
Although, I've been living with the guilt that I would have probably done something to save my family, and save my brother's daughter from being killed. West, being the formidable brother, made me understand that there's nothing I could have done to save them, and rather, I might have lost my life in the process. He said that he's grateful I wasn't around when it happened.
West has always shouldered the pack and our family, he was away on a business trip but Beta Sage, my father and some fighters in the pack were able to kill more of the crescent pack people including their Alpha.
