The warm rays of the sun crept through the windows, the warm morning light warmed Aria’s skin. Beneath the blanket, she stirred. Her heavy eyes fluttered open before quickly closing back. The light was too harsh for her eyes. A low groan escaped her lips as she raised her hand and gently rubbed her eyes. When she opened her eyes again, she did it slowly, giving her eyes time to acclimate to the sunlight. At first, her thoughts were completely foggy.
