In the hospital Black waiting out of the operation theatre while the doctors bring Aynya to the the operation theatre. The cut off her hands are very deep. But thankfully Balck hold her hand tightly in the way so that there was not more blood flowing from her hand but steel the large amount of blood are loose from her body.

When Angelina arrive to the hospital with the help of the receptionist ship directly arrive to the third floor.

Black , how is she right now. ----- Angelina walk to Black side while asking this.

I don't know. No one can come out from the operation room. ----- Black said.

He did not have any kind of idea that his sister is going to do this type of with all of sudden. He will be make sure that if he know about this then he definitely not allow her to do this.

The last sentence of her sister. " I love you brother " is always lingering on his mind.

He remember very well that he will always maintain cold expression in front of his sister but in spite of this think his sister always call him brother and try to getting his attention.

Today somehow he thought that the reason of her result like this it's all because of he. If as a brother he will taking a good care of his sister and fulfill his all duties then she will definitely not fall in trap to any kind of stranger.

It's ok. Everything will be clear soon. ----- Angelina notice the grip on his eyes. She could not help just reached her hand and grab his both face to comfort him.

If anything happen with her then I will never forgive myself. ---- Black said.

Don't think negative. Nothing will be happen. She will be fine. ----- Angelina said.

After 45 minutes the door of the operation theatre will be open and David come out from the operation theatre wearing a marks on his face.

Standing near both of them he remove his face marks.

 how is she. ----- Black ask.

Don't worry Buddy. Because of your smartness your sister is safe now. You did not allow her to lose extra blood so that there was no necessary blood should be flow down. ---- David inform this which make Black a sign of relief.

In his college hi learn some first aid methods from David mental and professor.  Mr Wellington like Black very much. So that he willingly teach Black about some basic of first aid.

Today because we already press Anyna cutting hand very tightly so that the blood cannot be for down unnecessary. 

What about her child. ----- Angelina ask.

Hm. I just recovered that she is pregnant. Don't worry the baby will be fine. ----- David said.

David turnaround and ask Black ----- what are you thinking about the child.

Blood did not say anything and pause for a long time. Angelina did not understand the meaning behind David word.

What can we think about the child. 

prepare operation theatre for abortion. ----- Black said.

Angelina is stunt after hearing this.  she will never expect that Black will be take this kind of decision. She looked at Black and try to observing his special feature but for her disappointment he did not show any kind of emotion.

Not understanding anything more she ask. ----- what are you talking about. How did you taking a cold decision like to killing a child.

Then what more I do. Did I allow her to give birth to the bastard. And who can take care her after this. Even she is only 18 years old child. Did I allow her to spoil her entire life. ---- Black said coldly.

Angelina also realised that Anyna is only 18 years old child who did not even started her life properly. It will be definitely difficult for her to taking care a little child.

Though Angelina understood the matter but steel she did not wanted to kill a little child.

Taking a deep breath she say. ----- does not matter whatever she is capable on not to raising the child. But still the child is related to her and before taking any decision you need to inform her. I think before taking any kind of decisions about her child we need her permission.

And what can she say. Even she did not capable to take any kind of the right decision which is good for her future. She even did not know which person is capable for her life and who is not. If she is really smart and capable to taking her only tution then she will never falling the Trap of others. ----- Black shouted angrily.

 When he is saying this he is getting hyper. Angelina know very well then getting hyper is not good for his health.

Calm down. Don't shout.  I understand your concern but I just told you to waiting for her come to her sense. At least before preparing the operation theatre you need to told her that you are going to to abort the child. And what happen if you want to keep the child. Did you ever thought like this if she know that you kill her child without her permission and it will be effective her mentally. ----- Angelina maintain a low voice only to make him comfort.

If she told that she wanted to keep the child then what can I. Did I allow her to give birth to child.  can you told me that how did she will take care of the child. She even did not complete her studies and did not metal halide properly. She did not earn anything by her own. Did you think that taking care of a child is very easy for 18 years old daughter like her who did not even know the exact reality of the earth. ---- Black said.

Enough. Both of you stop argument. ----- Black and Angelina both are looking to David.

Even if your sister wanted to keep the child but still she did not capable to do this. Now listen to me carefully. ---- Angelina and Black both are stant after hearing this.

Tell me everything clearly. ---- Black said.

Your sister pregnancy is not stable. Her age is too young to give birth to a child. If we keep the child and try to give birth her then it will be dangerous. There was 95% chance then the time to giving birth the child she will death. Even the reports say that she did not even complete her 9 month because taking the child to her warm it's difficult for her. Is not that she cannot give birth any child in future but right now her physics is  to provide any pregnancy. -----  David explain about the condition of Anyna.

 Black and Angelina both are become stunt after hearing this. 

She is a child. Even most of the time it's happened that mother cannot wanted to abort her child. Even after hearing this that it will dangerous for her life. But I hope as her guardian both of you are capable to convince her to do this. Remember that after giving birth to the child there was a possibility that both the mother and child cannot be survive or may be only the child survive. But your sister life is always in danger. I don't think that in such a young age it will be good for heart to giving birth to the child. ---- David said.

We understood everything. Please give us some time. ---- Angelina spoke politely to David.

He also nope and give them privacy to talk. Black could not help just sit down to the nearby chair. Angelina also set down beside her then place her hand on his shoulder. ---- are you ok.

The person who making her pregnant is wanted to taking revenge on me. I did not understand who is the bastard. My sister condition is not stable because of me. What if she started hating me because I killing her child. ----- Black ask.

 you are her brother and she trust you. She know very well that whatever decision you take it will be at all for the sake of her good life. ---- Angelina encourage him.

Who is the guy. ----  Black remember that Michael also inform him that his sister is going to hanging out with a guy who is related to Mafia.

Angelina looking at his expression then hugged him. ---- don't think too much. Everything will be alright. Don't forget that I am always with you.

Black feel some strength after hearing the encouraging word from her. He also hug her. Resting his head on her shoulder he could not hold back his tears.

As soon as the tress of tear fall to Angelina neck she could not help just ask. ---- are you crying.

Black instantly broke The hug and feel embarrassed. ---- I .. I don't.

Shaa. Don't feel embarrassing. Don't forget I am your wife not any kind of outsider. ---- Angelina again hug him.

They arw setting like for a while because there was no one can disturb them. Obviously who can disturb the owner of the hospital. It's no longer after there was a sound which interrupt both of them.

How is Anyna. ----- stunt both of Black and Angelina look at the direction where did the voice coming from.

Mrs. D'Cruz standing near both of them. There was a girl who seems to be look like her assistant. She is holding her carefully and Mrs D'Cruz standing there with the help of her support.  Black will never seen her mother like this. Angelina is also stunt after seeing Mrs D'Cruz condition.

She remember very well that last time when she meet Mrs D'Cruz this is the time of of their wedding. This time she did not look this much week. She is looking hello this time even standing on her own legs. But now it's looking like that without support she even did not work.

Mom. ----- Black eyes is wild open after seeing his mother like this.

Though he never come back to his parents house after getting married to Ruby and also he is talking to his mother occasionally but the he will make sure every time that everything will be alright to his mother. That is the reason that he arrange personal doctors to taking care of his mother and they are always inform him about his mother condition.

Even in his marriage his mother is also looking very good but today she is looking extremely different from usual days.

Mrs. D'Cruz face is looking pale. It seems to be she lost her weight very much. She is even looking thinner then before. She is lost her charm very much. Black mother is looking very good in previous. She is really elegant beautiful but now there was no beautiness visible on her face. Even there was dark circles under her eyes which can give the surety of her sleeplessness.

Black will never expect that his mother is become like this. Original during these days Mrs D'Cruz cannot getting out from her own house and will visit with anyone. But today after hearing the condition of Anyna  she could not   think anything about her health and directly come to the hospital to visit her daughter. Though Anyna is not her daughter.

 but after her birth she is the one who taking care Anyna and raising her like her own child.  she will never compare between Black and Anyna. According to her point to view whatever her husband done there was no fault of the little child.

How is she. What exactly happened to my daughter. ---- Mrs. D'Cruz ask again with lots of difficulty.

She is fine now. What's wrong with you mum. You're not looking good. ---- Black said worrily.

I am alright. I wanted to see my daughter. ---- she said.

Mom. Doctor examine her. She is still unconscious. You can talk to her when she come to her sense. Please mum come here and sit down. ---- Angelina forward then held her both hand. She help her mother in law to standing while giving her support to her body.

You can go now. ----- Angelina told to the assistant who is standing beside them. The assistant quickly left.

I am just coming here to take a look of Anyna. I need to go back now. --- Mrs. D'Cruz said.

But mum you are not looking good. I think you need to cheak up to the doctor. Scene we are already in the hospital why did not we done a routine checkup of your. ----- Angelina suggest.

No need. I will go back to the house now. ----- Mrs. D'Cruz did not even hesitate to reject.

Why. Anybody can say it clearly that your health is not well. Then why did you did not wanted to go for check up. ----- Black said with angry tone.

It's none of your business. ----- Mrs. D'Cruz voice is too weak to say anything. She did not even wanted to speak. Every time when she speak anything there was a sharp pain visible on had thought. She Understand very well that if she standing here for a single minute then she will definitely going to fainted.

And this is the think that she did not want. She did not wanted to fainted right now in front of her children's. So that she decide to get out from here as soon as possible. If the matter is not related to her daughter then she definitely not come here because her health cannot allow her to come here.

Mom. You are not going anywhere. Come with me. I will bring you to the Cavern of David. ----- Black declare.

Don't using this dominating tone on me. I am your mother not your employee. And as for my health then this is none of your concern. I am alright and I did not wanted to check up in this Hospital. ----- Mrs. D'Cruz said.

Why you did not want to check up in the hospital. this is our Private hospital. The treatment which you getting here there was impossible for another hospital to taking care of you in the same way. After all you are the owner of the hospital. ------ Black said.

Mrs. D'Cruz smile. Though she is looking pale but steal the smile on her face is looking elegant. ---- previously the owner of the hospital is my husband and now is my son. There was nothing here which is my.

Black seems to irritated because of his mother word. The moment his father cheated his mother Mrs D'Cruz started living on her own money. She will never touch anything which is belongs to his father property. But after the day when he is become the owner of the company and started taking care all over their properties Mrs D'Cruz will never refuse her son. But today seeing the rejection from his mother he will be irritated.

This is not the time for all of this mum. ---- Black said gritted his teeth.

Don't think too much. I am alright. ---- she did not wanted to stay here long. Her breath is already become heavy.

Mom. ---- Angelina also noticed the abnormality and changing expression of a mother in law.

Anybody can say without any doubt that the old lady cannot feel well. Mrs D'Cruz also did not wanted to stay there so she quickly turn around jerking Angelina hand away from her body.

But the moment she wanted to step forward she suddenly lost her balance and fell down. But Angelina quickly held her and save her from feeling down to the ground. Black also run then pick up her mother from Angelina embarance.

Mrs D'Cruz is already unconscious. Black and Angelina did not face any trouble to bring her for check up. Placing her mother down to the hospital bed Black and Angelina both waiting for the doctor response.

 Black we need to do a proper check up of aunt. I think you need to stay to the outside. ---- David said.

I am not going anywhere. Do whatever you want right now in front of me. ---- Black is determined to de do not let his mother a long hair.

Helpless David only locate Angelina for help. Angelina Understood this and blink her eyes. David also have a sign of relief then left.

Black let's go with me. We can wait in the outside. ---- Angelina place her hand on his shoulder then patted it lovingly.

Are out of your mind. I am not going anywhere until my mum cannot come to her sense. ---- Black said.

Angelina did not mind his loud voice. Instant she say politely. ----- if you did not go to outside and continue staying here then it will be effect the work of the doctors. This is not suitable for our mother condition. That's why I told you let's go with me to the outside.

Black did not refuse her this time and only let her allow to drag him away.

Outside the word Black is sitting to the sofa holding his forehead with his both hand.

Angelina bring to cup of tea for both of them and place it in front of him. -----  you cannot eat anything. Let's drink the tea.

No need. ----- originally he did not like the taste of hospital food.

Angelina know the fact very well so that she added. ---- I make the tea by myself.

Black look at her and feel surprised that how did she know about the thing which is going on on his mind. Angelina also recover what he is thinking right now so that she is simply smile. ---- I am the wife of the owner. Who dare to stop me if I say them I wanted to make tea by myself.

Black could not say anything more just to the cup from her then take a sip. I feel that there was a relief happen on his stomach after drinking does but the headache cannot be gone. He place his hand on his forehead and started rubbing it roughly.

Angelina notice this then ask. ---- what happened. Did you have headache.

Hm. ----- Black nope.

Putting down the cup to the site , Angelina please her both hand on his forehead then started massaging it. ----- I will give you the massage then.

Black did not refuse instant he feel relief after getting the message from her.
