She needs me. There is a primal instinct that springs the moment I know a woman I desire needs me. And this one cannot do without me too. And this is why I chose her.
The press needed to know before she did, a shitty thing I did, if you must say, but it was one way to have her cornered. I knew her business will crumble, I knew she would have no one to run to, and that is why I chose to be her saviour. Especially after last night.
She’s officially left me starved and craving no other woman but her.
Looking up to me, eyes reddened and face completely swollen is someone I should not even be drawn to. Someone way younger than me, but someone I want to make mine for so many reasons. One prominent one being to breed. That sunken look in her eyes, the need in her small form as she’s cuddled to the floor does things to me. It also reminds me of last night.
I want her in my bed again.
Valkyrie’s eyes waver. What I know to be hope glints in those orbs with a hunger and aspiration I know so well.
“Don’t you already have a wife?” Are the first words that leave her mouth. Shaky and low.
I chuckle. I am about to, she must’ve seen the press announcement. “I do.” I respond.
Pain. For a moment, it flashes through her face. One look at her tells me she can’t reject the offer, even if I am already betrothed to someone else.
Valkyrie scoffs, a breathy exhale as her head returns to the floor. “Then why do you want to marry me too?”
I crouch, bending to meet her gaze without getting my knees on the ground. I raise a hand forward and bring it to her chin. Now I lift her head up to face me. “Let me rephrase.” I say. “The woman I mentioned in the press conference is you.”
A soft gasp leaves her lips. I pulled the shots before she even had the chance to say yes. It feels cruel, but I already knew the answer I would get.
I dip my other hand into the breast pocket of my suit to bring out a jewelry box. I hold it to her. Opening it with a flick of my finger. “Marry me, Valkyrie.” And all I have will be yours to command to an extent.
She stretches her hand, leaving it hanging in the air. That is my cue to put it on her. I take my hand off her chin and hold the ring. This is when I bring it to her hand. It’s small, soft, and I cannot forget how it stroked my c**k. I slide the piece of jewelry on her.
The ring fits her finger like it was custom made. Valkyrie stares at it, checking it out subtly. The defeated look on her face slowly drifts into a solid one, stern and confident. Valkyrie tilts her head up, her eyes still fixed on the ring. A smile replaces the trembling of her lips.
Power. I can feel that she can taste it already, what being my wife entails. “Now, foot that hospital bill. My mother needs to be treated.”
A grin forms on my face. It’s stunning how quickly she adjusts to the role. It’s hilarious how we haven’t even said ‘I dos’ yet she’s giving me orders. Like she’s so sure I won’t back out. I stand, pocketing the empty jewelry box in my chest pocket. I will get used to this, owning someone, again. Little Valkyrie has no idea what she just signed up for. She will know soon.
“Your wish,” A half grin curls on my face, resaying the words from last night. “Is my command.”
