It's just free for her? Is she can scream now because of that romantic excitement? She's going to be crazy!
This is what happened when you have a crush on your snob and intimidating neighbor.
She's about to close her window while smiling when Nicolo returned. He's holding two bananas.
"Catch!" He said and throw the bananas. She carefully catch the bananas and stared at them.
She's confused now and she looked at Nicolo who's now walking back inside.
"What would I do with these?"
He shrugged. "Eat it of course. What do you think you can do with a banana?" Her eyes narrowed with so much irritation. that man is an ass. He's too philosopher. She wanted to kill that man using her own hands. But she couldn't. Killing is a crime.
What you can do with a banana? You can bite it and swallow it.
Hmmm. You can suck it... But that banana is different. She grinned because of that thought. Sucking a real banana of a man is her dream. Her green-minded side is erecting again.
She already closed her window and when she finally gets dressed, she goes downstairs to her kitchen to cook some lunch. She had so many patients today, she's really tired.
NICOLO was about to close his sliding glass door on his terrace when he saw his talkative neighbor who like the fruit, bananas.
He shook his head.
He knew that staring at someone is a crime and rude but he can't take off his eyes at the woman who was slowly grinding her hips as she cooked something.
There's something in a woman cooking that appeals to him. Weird. He looked at her intently.
He shook his head again and closed the glass door. He's done eating in a restaurant lately so he goes directly to his room where he found out that it's facing his neighbor's room too.
She had an uncanny liking for bananas.
He's not sleepy yet so he goes to the veranda of his room. He brought the book that was given by his mother entitled, I Love Chemistry.
Both of his parents are chemists and divorced. Sadly, his parents were getting married in a country where divorce is allowed. So that they are free to file a divorce when they don't want to be together anymore. But even though they are a broken family, when his father is still alive, it did not forsake him. His father, Nick Evans, still made him his heir and successor to his successful company.
So, when he finished his studies at Oxford, he becomes Chemist and he's the one who runs the NE Pharmaceutical left by his father.
So after working on his father's Pharmaceutical, finally, he made a lot of branches around the world and he become a well-known businessman and a multi-billionaire who was first on the list of the country's richest men.
Lucy is just new in this village. Her parents were kind and her father was his father's best friend. When Lucy was new in the village, he researched her. He even paid his friend who was an investigator to investigate Lucy.
He found out that she was the daughter of his father's best friend, Albert Flynn.
The first time he saw Lucy who was coming out of her car, he immediately felt his heart jump out of his chest. The surroundings were more like a slow-motion in a movie when she walked towards him... or her new house.
He can't stop himself from getting close to her. He started to walk towards her. He stopped when Lucy was about to look in his direction. He just continues closing his steel gate.
To make Lucy comfortable in the village, he always looked from behind her. He's watching her from a distance and making sure that she's safe. He even put some tulips flower on her doormat in the morning or if he forgot, he will put them in the evening. Lucy is beautiful, sexy yet nerdy. She always has that thick Psychiatric book in her hand and he thinks, she loves reading.
Nicolo sighed remembering the days in the past month. It's been one month since he puts a flower on her doorstep but she still doesn't know who it was.
There are so many beautiful and sexy girls in the world that was hungry for his touch and attention but still, it was Lucy, the woman he always saw as fragile and anxious because she couldn't defend herself.
He sighed again and started reading the book in his hand.
While he was reading it, he often looked in the window of the woman.
If he let anyone in the world know that he was liking her, women for sure will challenge her for the right to be in his arms.
But then, he was the richest man all over the world, and all of them are drawn into his power.
Maybe she's not done eating yet.
Actually, he knew her name. Lucy Flynn. But they're not close so, no. He'll not gonna use it.
He wonders how he cannot be remembered by that woman though they are playmates when they are kids.
One time, Albert Flynn brings her to Evans's home and that's the time Nicolo met her. But that was a decade ago. He's 38 now and she's just 28. They had a ten-year gap.
Nicolo erase the woman who is now started to pop up in his mind again when the window facing his terrace opened. He looked at it and he saw the young woman handing a plate and eating an... instant noodles?
He did not react. He back his attention to the book he's reading while the lady is eating.
"Hey, Nics," She called his name but he ignored her.
Nics? He pouted. That sounds girly.
He will just be wasting his freaking time if he entertains her.
"Hey, Nics?" She repeated but he just ignored her.
If I could throw some attention to you, I'm sure I can't avoid you anymore.
