With that kindness and the wide of her smile lately, did he just close the door on her? He's rude! He really had a bad attitude. With so much anger, she ate all the pizza. She's pissed off at that snobber and rude man. The next morning, Lucy woke up early. When she opened her door, she saw one piece of yellow tulips flower that was placed on her doormat. She furrowed. What the hell? Has she already had a secret admirer here in her new village? She smirked. She feels like Rapunzel that had very long hair. She picks up the tulips and smells them. It was like manly cologne. She closed her door with a frowning flower and it melted her heart. She walked towards the kitchen. She's holding the tulip flower while opening the sliding door of her kitchen towards a terrace facing his rude neighbor. Hmp! It's too early but he causes bad vibes immediately! She picks up two bananas before sitting on the small chair on her terrace and staring at the flower intently while steady bite the banana she was holding. Lucy noticed a piece of paper rolled on the tulips' steam. Her eyes narrowed. A letter? She immediately picked up the piece of paper and read what was on it. It's just one look and you'll know that it's a man's penmanship. A secret admirer? Ayie! She's feeling excited now because of this admirer of hers. "Welcome to the neighborhood, miss banana." She read what was on the paper and it was the reason for her smile. That's sweet! She sniffed the scent of the flower and she looked at the house next to her out of mind. Her very simple yet gorgeous almond eyes met her neighbor's blue-gray ones. She immediately averted her eyes. That was close! Why does he also have a terrace and it was facing her terrace! Irritation filled her. She angrily ate the two bananas and went back inside her house. She needs to prepare because she was going to her clinic. She had a lot of patients to take care of. But before she leaves her house, she puts the tulips in the vase and when she saw her rude and snob neighbor, she rolled up her eyes at him and quickly went out of her house. Lucy was very tired when she came home. She gave birth to four women today and two of them are cesarean. She stopped from opening her door when she saw one piece of tulip flower again on the ground in front of her door. She smiled and pick up the flower. She immediately read the note that was rolled in the stem of the flower. 'Hey banana, hope you have a great day.' She opened the door with a smile on her lips and put the new tulips in another new vase because the old vase is already full of yellow tulips flowers. Because every day that God made, in one month, she receives a tulip of flowers with a note on its stem. If it's not in the morning, the tulips were placed in her doormat in the evening. Whoever bring the tulips to her door, she never knew who it was. When she entered her room, she opened the sliding window so the cold and relieving wind will enter the room. She still prefers fresh air rather than air-conditioning. She opened the radio and she smiles when she heard her favorite song Crazier by Taylor Swift. Only Swifties can relate. She took off the lab gown she wore and wear a simple low back black dress. She was in her underwear when she faced the window. She stopped when she saw her rude and snobber neighbor, Nicolo Evans. She had his name from her other neighbor Mae who was happy with her husband, John. Nicolo was on the terrace on the second floor and reading a thick book. She walks near her window and waved at him. "Hello, Nics," She said like they were close friends. What a nickname! Nics? Where does she pick that name? Her window was very near to his terrace on the second floor so she knew that he heard her. Nicolo looked up and frowned at her. His gaze down to her bra. His face contorted in disgust. "What do you think you're wearing?" She gasped. "OMG! Did you just talk? Wait, do you have a voice? I thought you were mute and not speaking." She said full of sarcasm and she up her brows. "For your information, I'm getting dressed." "I know." He looked at the man teasingly, "So you've been a peep on my body before?" He frowned again, "Why should I? May I remind you? I'm here in my favorite place in my house. I'm not peeping into your body because I'm not a pervert and I am not like that. You're the one who just strips off your clothes like no one is looking." Wow. Since she moved here into her house, it's only now that he's been talking to her for a long time. She smiled at him. "I'm proud of you. Anyway, can I ask?" Nicolo looked in the thick book he's reading a while ago. She thought he will ignore her but she was surprised when he speak again. "Ask away." His voice is dark. Her smile widened. "How much your words can cost? You seldom talk so I assumed that the words that will come out from your mouth have a price." He sighed and closed the book he was reading and looked at her. "I am one of the highest-paid chemists in Asia so every word that will come out in my mouth has a value and payment." He stood up from his sitting position and looked at her straight. "But for you, it's just free." after saying that, he turned his back and walked away. He was left gasping and blinking. Seems like she's dreaming.
