"If you guys want to have a seat on the couch?" Catherine suggested, letting us into her apartment. "I can make a couple drinks."  "Good idea," Chris muttered.  "Can I have a minute?" Collin asked.  Catherine nodded, and Collin stepped back outside the apartment.  "What's going on?" Mr. Langford asked, once he was gone.  "You're going to want to take a seat," Chris said. "And take a drink."  Mr. Langford gave him a wary look, but took a seat on the couch, waiting for a drink that Catherine was currently working on.  Collin came back a few minutes later, looking distressed.  "What's the matter?"
