"YOU'RE f*****g kidding me. This is not the right time to play around, Calyx. Don't f*****g test me," Alpha Karius said sharply to Calyx after dropping the news about Lilian. No, she's not yet dead. What the hell is he talking about? That's impossible!
Calyx sighed. "I hope I'm just kidding, but I'm not. You know me damn well, Alpha Karius," he said weakly. Calyx is not really not the type to play around. And he's always telling the truth to Alpha Karius, but it was really hard to believe him.
Alpha Karius brushed his palm on his face in frustration when he felt like he's about to tear up. He shook his head aggressively. "I will not believe you unless you show me the wolf that I asked to look over her. I'm sure he could tell Lilian's whereabouts right now."
