Realization

While I'm unconscious, I have a strange dream about another time and place, but it seems so vivid and familiar. I'm standing on what looks like a long black road. Looking around, I see buildings so tall they seem to almost reach the sky. Walking up to one of them, I bring my hand up to caress its surface. "It's concrete, but," I think, "how do I know that?" Instantly, my mind is filled to the brim with information. I remember my family, friends, jobs, and how I died the night before my fifteenth birthday.     I was in my room playing my favorite MMORPG like the shut in I was, when I felt an ice-cold hand fall on my shoulder, but when I turned around in bewilderment, there was a bright flash of light that blinded me and a hard punch to my gut that sent me to the floor puking up my guts. "s**t. Sam, make sure we leave no evidence behind. I'll carry the kid," says an unknown masculine voice as I belly flop onto the ground in a very ungraceful manner. "What the f**k Trent?! That's what the needles are for!" exclaims an angry female voice who I assume is Sam, "It would be a lot cleaner and faster if you would just use the needles." "Who are you guys?" I manage to get out before I feel the prick of a needle getting stabbed into my  neck. Though I don't know what I'm apologizing for as I'm not the one doing the kidnapping. "In all honesty kid, I'm a bit disappointed that this is what the last of the Origin God Bloodline looks like. I thought you would like an Adonis. Well, we can make it happen," declares the woman. "You'll thank us eventually, but for now, good night," says Trent in a sing-song voice as I fade out of consciousness.
