At Charles’s apartment…
Lying down with his lover who was half asleep but had listened in to their conversation. “What was that about?” Noah asked as he thought it was a concerning issue.
“It’s nothing darling, go back to sleep. I have to go out and help Vincent with something.” Charles said as he caressed Noah’s hair to get him back to sleep.
“I’ll come with.” He said thinking they might use some extra help.
“No dear.” Charles answered as he leaned in to kiss his lover’s forehead.
“Don’t be late…” Noah said as he fell back to sleep.
“I won’t.” Charles stood up to get dressed and left soon after. Calling his secretary on the phone.
