What’s wrong?” I ask her as she tries to wake me up. “There’s another wolf at the pond,” Star says. “Oh no, we need to—wait, why do I smell Jace?” I ask Star. “His wolf, Thunder, was at the pond. He was actually very nice,” Star whimpers. “Star! You should have woken me sooner! I’m going to get into trouble,” I tell her. “I don’t think you will.
