I stared at the door totally in panick and very scared hoping it wasn't my mum knocking at the door cuz am totally dead if it's her.
How would she react when she finds Damian alone with me in the bedroom?
Speaking of Damian, I turned around and couldn't find him anymore in the room.
Wasn't he just here a few moments ago!?
I walked towards the open window and took a peek put only to find myself face to face with Damian already in his bedroom window staring directly at me with an amused smile.
He looks even more hot when he smiles like that!
"You done checking me out?" He asked, with an amused grin.
"I wasn't checking you out!" I denied with flushed cheeks.
" Sure you weren't, See you later princess "He winked hotly and drew his curtains.
Princess.... I like it when he calls me that.
I smiled turning around and freezed visibly when I saw Cassie staring at me with a deep frown on her face.
Why was she looking at me like that?
"Hey, Are you alright?" I asked.
"I have been knocking for the past two minutes" She said, her voice filled with anger.
"Am sorry, I was..."
"Busy speaking to Damian" She cut me off with an eye roll.
Was she angry cuz I was speaking to Damian?
"Cass...." I couldn't complete my words when she interrupted me again.
"Look Eva stay away from Damian"
"Huh!" I said, totally confused.
" He's a playboy, he'll only break your heart at the end"She said.
" But we were only just talking, we barely even spoke "I pointed out, with raised brows already annoyed of her outburst.
" Am your cousin and am just looking out for you, I don't want you to get hurt"She convinced but I felt like there was more to it cuz she first reacted like she didn't want me anywhere close to him.
" Uh... Thanks"I mumbled, not knowing what else to say.
"I came to call you down for breakfast"She replied.
" Okay, I'll be there in a few seconds "
She nodded and walked out of the room and am left wondering why she looked so mad.

I recalled her words and sighed out heavily.
She's right, Damian is a playboy and he'll only break my heart at the end.
I should stop this stupid crush I have on him and stay away from cuz that'd be better for me.
What is the point of having this crush when am gonna leave Texas anyway, I should act like he never existed until this Christmas is over and I go back to California and my old life.
That'd be the best.
