CHAPTER SEVEN

"What the f**k!"Damian shrieked in shock and took his towel from the ground wrapping it around his waist.

"Am so sorry, I didn't mean to look honestly"I apologized and without waiting for his answer, I drew back the curtains.

"Oh my gosh!"I whispered absentmindedly, sitting on the couch.

My cheeks flushed red as the image crossed my mind and I immediately shook it off turning off the lights before heading to bed.

As I closed my eyes,The image of his Junior flashed in and I groaned pressing my nose against the pillow trying to dismiss it out of my head.

It was so huge and....

STOP THINKING ABOUT IT!. I screamed in my head and turned the order direction closing my eyes.

I'm screwed.

I couldn't fall asleep the whole night, I kept tossing on the bed and when I started to feel sleepy,It was already morning so I had to get up to go help in house chores.

I hurriedly brushed my teeth and made my way down the stairs almost tripping when I felt a strong arm holding me firmly from an embarrassing fall.

I blame this on Damian.

"Are you alright?"Lorenzo asked, concern evident in his tone.

"Yeah, Thanks"I sighed in relief an looked up at him only to find him staring at my face.

Why is he staring at me like that?

"Is there something on my face?"I asked, lightly touching my face.

"You look like a walking zombie, I bet Cassie didn't let you sleep last night cuz of her loud snores right?"He whispered the last part with a teasing smile.

I chuckled hitting his chest lightly and he smiled handsomely in return.

"Do I look that bad?"

"Nope, Trust me your beauty is still intact."He grinned.

I smiled. "I gotta go make some coffee,you want one?"I offered with a light smile and he shook his head.

"Mom's gonna kill me if she finds out I haven't showered yet after my morning run so I gotta go shower first,Is that alright?"

"Yeah Sure, I'll wait....."

My sentence was cut short when Aunt asked if he was already in the shower and he immediately hurried up the stairs and turned around again.

"I'll be right back and also can I take you somewhere tonight, Just me and you is that alright?"

"Okay,As long as you don't get me in trouble then am in"I answered and tried back to hold back my laughter when Aunt started counting and he disappeared into his room like Flash.

He's so funny.

I made my into the kitchen smiling as I hugged my mum and Aunt from behind kissing both their cheeks softly.

"Good morning"I greeted as I disengaged from the hug and leaned on the counter staring at them.

"How was your night sweetie?"My mom asked.

"Horrible, I couldn't fall asleep"I admitted with a sigh.

"Did you stay up all night reading?"Aunt asked.

"I was at first but when it got late I tried to fall asleep but couldn't"I replied.

Well half part of the excuse I gave was the truth and the other part of the of the Truth was me seeing my crush n***d and I couldn't say that to them.

That would be totally embarrassing for both me and Damian.

"Well if that happens tonight, Come to me I have some sleeping pills"Aunt said and I nodded with a grateful smile.

"So what should I help with?"

"Don't worry honey,The house help already helped with the chores all you just got to do is go upstairs and freshen up then come down for breakfast"

"But I wanna help with something,I could peel the potatoes...."I suggested.

"I already did that....."She answered and I sighed. "But you can help with something, Cassie already agreed to do it when she gets back from her yoga classes but I could have you do it instead"

"Okay"I agreed.

"You know Damian right? Lorenzo's best friend- the one that leaves next door"

I nodded suddenly nervous, I hope it's not something serious.

"Oh I remember that boy,Such a nice gentleman"Mom commented and my eyes nearly pops out of it's sockets hearing that cuz mum never complements any guy except Lorenzo and now Damian.

I guess that's good,I wouldn't have to worry about my mum liking my crush when she already does.

"While helping us with getting the groceries into the car last night,he left his phone with us and I need you...."

"To go the phone back with him"I completed and she nodded.

"Where's it?"I asked, biting my lips nervously.

"On the coffee table"She replied and I nodded walking out of the kitchen and took the phone before heading towards my room.

There was no way in hell, I was going to see Damian looking like this.

I need a bath,A long warm one at that.

How would I even face him after what I saw last night and what do I say....

An apology sounds good.

The phone vibrated in my hand and i ignored dropping it on my bed walking into the bathroom.

I took my shower and walked out of the bathroom picking a simple short gown that stopped before my knee and I smiled.

It wasn't too short nor revealing, Deciding to impress Damian, I added a little touch of make up on my face and did my hair in a ponytail and left two strands at the front.

I looked at myself in the mirror contented with my look and wore my comfortable sandals walking out of the room.
