Jessica had not yet processed what Xavier was saying before he cut off the call. She was still deep in sleep when his call came through and she was startled awake by his call only for him to say one sentence and cut it off.
"What is he saying?" she murmured to herself as she tried to analyze what he had said.
"Get ready?" she asked herself yawning and waiting for her brain. It could be slow at times.
"Oh, he wanted me to get ready? Has he met with Ethan already? I thought we were spending the rest of the day on the beach for a picnic" she said as he mind wondered all the possibilities that could be behind his statement.
She sighed in a yawn again and laid back down smugling into the blanket. It had been a long while since she had such quality sleep and she was not trading it again
