Giselle couldn't shake the feeling that something was off.
She quickly finished her meal before saying goodbye to Roger, eager to head home.
As she neared the school gates, she noticed a crowd gathered by the spruce trees, all of them watching a couple standing near the entrance.
One of them said, "So, this is Connie's boyfriend?"
Another one added, "Wow, no wonder she is the most popular girl at Carlton University. Her boyfriend is so attractive."
Giselle squinted and saw that the man in question was none other than Herbert.

At the entrance to Harrings University, Connie looked up at Herbert, her face bright with excitement. "Herbert, are you here to see me?"
From a distance, Herbert noticed Giselle standing alone on the path.
