Jealousy

2535 Words
Class had just finished for the day and Faith waited for Skye to finish packing her bag before walking out together. Faith chatted excitedly while Skye just listened. She was always a silent listener and not a very big talker. “What are you doing now, Skye?” Faith asked as they rounded a corner with students bustling past them. Skye shook her head with a shrug.  “I think Alex is taking me home. Usually the family invites him for dinner after school.”  Faith breathed in deeply at the mention of Skye’s fiancé. There was just something about the guy she did not like. Suddenly Faith stopped abruptly outside of a closed classroom when she heard noises coming from within. When Skye turned around, Faith waved her over. Faith crept cautiously to the door and opened it a fraction. She did not realize that Skye had not moved at all. When she peeked in, Faith had to throw a hand over her mouth to keep from gasping out. She turned to Skye with wide eyes.  “T-That...H-He...S-She” Faith shook her head in disgust as she quickly walked away with Skye following after her. “What’s wrong?”   Faith was about to shrug the question off when she realized Skye’s lack of expression then realization hit her. “Y-You knew about them?” Faith asked as a feeling of sadness rose in her.  Skye sighed and shrugged. “I haven’t known for that long...” She said quietly before walking forward.  “Why...? Why did you not tell me?” Faith asked trying to fight the tears away. They had now exited onto the car park where few cars were present.  “I did not want to burden you with more worries. It is something I can deal with. After all it’s only Heather…” She said with a deep breath.  Faith quickly walked forward and blocked Skye’s path. “You always say that but you cannot deal with it alone! Every time you push it to the side, it will pile up and then you will breakdown like this morning!”  “Skye, you need to get it into your head that I will be here for you no matter what! You can tell me anything! I will never judge you...” Faith said, her voice getting quieter at the end. Skye felt her eyes start to water as she nodded in reply. The sound of hurried footsteps from behind them caused the girls to turn around. They saw Alex walking towards them while tucking in his half-unbuttoned shirt.  “Hey Faith, care for a ride?” He winked at Faith as he walked past to get to his car, a dark grey Koenigsegg.  Faith forced the tiniest of smiles out, trying to keep the disgust off her face. Not when H-b***h just rode you. “No, thanks. I best be on my way.” She said politely before turning back to Skye and giving her a soft hug. Skye stiffened immediately but relaxed as Faith pulled away reluctantly. Without giving a second glance to Alex, Faith turned her back and walked away leaving Skye alone with Alex. “Get in.” Alex demanded as soon as Faith was out of sight.  Skye quickly obeyed without argument. She had realized the less she talked the less trouble would occur. The car trip back home was silent like usual though this time she could tell where Alex’s thoughts were. When they finally arrived, his excitement had grown to maximum causing him to be quite moody. As Skye turned to open the door, Alex reached over and locked her in. She turned to him feigning ignorance. He frowned at her before unbuckling his seatbelt and pulling his pants down. Skye sat stock still and did not move until Alex moved a hand to the back of her head and pushed her roughly down. His hand guided her movement as she moved her head up and down reluctantly. All Skye could do was close her eyes tightly and resist the bile growing in her throat. He released inside of her mouth and demanded that she swallow it all. She hated the taste of it and felt sick. Satisfied that he was now clean, Alex zipped up his pants and made himself presentable via the car mirror before exiting the car. Skye stayed seated in the car for a few more minutes to compose herself and forcing the bile down her throat. Only when Alex rapped on the window with a frown did she open the car door.  “Hurry up, we don’t have all day.” He said curtly as he grabbed Skye’s hand reluctantly and walked towards the house. Skye merely nodded for fear if she opened her mouth, something unpleasant will come out. As Alex and her walked up the path of the house, Skye prayed to herself that Cayleb would not be home. Whenever he saw Alex, Cayleb will always tend to get hostile and Skye will be the one to get his wrath at night. However, Skye’s fears were realized when the front door opened to reveal none other than her step-brother, Cayleb. Alex stopped just a few feet from the door and seemed surprised.  “Cayleb, how are you bro?” He asked with a smile. Cayleb did not reply as his eyes flitted from Skye’s face to the hand which was currently in Alex’s hold. Instantly his eyes darkened and Skye felt the fear creep into her again.  “Fine...” Cayleb managed to say as he stepped aside to allow entry.  Alex gave Cayleb a thump on the back as he walked past into the house. Once inside, Alex released Skye’s hand quickly. She looked up and saw her step-sister, Heather walk down the stairs in a slow manner dressed in a tight mini-dress. Her eyes were twinkling when they landed on Alex whose mouth was slightly ajar.  “Hello, Alex. Lovely to see you again.” She said with a dazzling smile as she stopped in front of Alex.  “You too, Heather.” He said unable to keep his eyes from roaming her body. The moment was soon broken when a squeal came from the kitchen and the mistress of the house made herself known.  “Alex, dear! I’ve missed you!” She said as she rushed forward and enveloped Alex in a tight hug.  “Annabelle, how have you been?” Alex asked with a smile when he finally managed to pull away. Quietly excusing herself, Skye made her way past her family members and up the stairs. She walked down the hallway to her bedroom. Once inside, she breathed a sigh of relief. Same routine every time... Skye placed her school bag on the computer chair before walking to the bathroom. Immediately all the bile rose up in her throat and she quickly disposed of it in the toilet twice. After rinsing her mouth a few times, Skye leaned against the door of the bathroom with her eyes closed. Suddenly she felt a prick on the side of her face and opened her eyes to see Cayleb staring at her. Just as she opened her mouth to speak, he moved forward and pinned her against the door while smashing his lips to hers. Skye protested and tried to push him away but his body held her tight. His hands roamed down to her school skirt and pulled it down before going under the waistband of her underwear. She whimpered against his mouth as his fingers mercilessly entered her. Cayleb pulled away to catch a breath and smirked down at Skye. “I thought I warned you against being with Alex...yet you still hold his hand in front of me. Are you purposely trying to anger me?” He asked, his fingers increasing in speed.  Skye shook her head quickly. “N-No, I-” She did not get a chance to finish her sentence before her mouth was covered by him again. His fingers pulled out of her soon enough and Skye found herself pushed to the side roughly where she fell onto the ground. When she turned her head back to look at Cayleb, she felt a large force hit her on her right eye. Skye cried out in pain as she was lifted to her feet and pressed against the door. Cayleb held her by the neck with one hand while he moved his other hand to the front of his pants and unzipped it. Skye’s eyes widened at the realization of his actions and she shut her eyes. She could not see the smile he had on his face.  “How does it feel to be f*****g two guys?” Cayleb asked her as he licked the side of her face closest to him. She squirmed away from him and he merely smirked. There was a short pause before he slammed into her from behind. Skye screamed but it was cut short by his mouth. Her body still felt sore from yesterday night yet here he was hurting her again. She willed herself not to feel anything, not the substance dripping down the insides of her thighs or the perverse hand roaming around her body. She was slowly getting numb to the pain being inflicted on her. The tears fell silently down her face. She barely registered when Cayleb left her. With a little nudge of her left foot, Skye managed to close the bathroom door. Immediately she slid to the ground clutching at the necklace around her neck. Her whole body felt tired and her eyes stung from the amount of tears they had unleashed in the last few minutes. Even though the floor was hard and cold, Skye still found herself drifting to sleep. ***  The sun shone onto her as she opened her eyes. She could see birds flying overhead in the blue sky. With a hand, Skye shielded her eyes and sat up unsteadily. Diego lay next to her, his breathing soft. She gave a small smile and rubbed his fur gently before standing up and stretching. There was a slight ache between her legs but as always she ignored it. Her footsteps were silent through the forest and it gave her ample opportunity to hear the sounds of nature. Once Skye was back at the pond where the cave was situated, she walked to the edge and picked up her dress and cloak before slipping them on. Suddenly the sound of breaking twigs alerted Skye’s attention. She turned and saw a wounded red-haired woman with hooves instead of feet and knew immediately that the woman was a demon. Why do I not look like that…? Skye looked down at her own feet for awhile before turning back to the demon. Am I really a demon…? The demon kept looking back as though it was being chased but soon lost its balance and fell head first to the ground. Skye quickly ran forward and supported the demon before she touched the ground. Brown eyes met with crimson eyes for a moment as Skye moved with the wounded demon into the cave. She purposely chose a room that only Diego and her would know. Gently, Skye helped the demon lay on the ground and checked the bleeding wound on its right side. It was green and yellow in colour. “You were poisoned...” Skye said softly mostly to herself but with the demon’s keen hearing it heard and nodded her head.  “The humans are getting smarter. They know that their stupid weapons cannot hurt us so they fall to low tricks like poison. However, they don’t know that as a demon, my body fights against any unknown substance. I just have to endure the pain until it’s gone.” The demon said coughing and cringing in pain.  Skye quickly placed her own hand over the wound. “You need to rest. It won’t do any good if you speak now.”  The demon merely nodded her head before gasping and shuffling away in fear while pointing her finger behind Skye. “Agares...Agares....” The female demon mumbled while shaking her head rapidly. Skye curiously turned around and found herself face to face with a grey werewolf whose eyes were on the demon. Skye gave a small laugh and placed her hand on the werewolf’s head. “I was wondering where you were, Diego.” She said while affectionately rubbing the wolf’s head.  Diego growled softly and nudged Skye’s nose with his own. His eyes then fell on the swollen skin around Skye’s right eye and his growl turned angry as he turned to the demon in the room. The demon looked scared as the wolf bared its teeth. Skye quickly calmed him down by forcing his head to turn back to her.  “It was not her, Diego. I...walked into a wall.” She lied touching her eye and trying her best not to cringe. It was obvious the wolf knew she was lying but did not do anything. The demon’s eyes were now wide open as she watched the scene in front of her. Skye then glanced briefly at the demon before turning back to Diego.  “I need to get some herbs to help with the wound. Take care of her, Diego?” She asked with a tilt of her head. Diego looked to the demon and his eyes narrowed slightly which puzzled Skye but he soon nodded his head. Skye smiled at him as she stood up and exited the cave, trying her best not to walk awkwardly due to the ache between her legs. Just before she walked out, she pushed a rock on the wall which caused a big rock to fall down and close up the room. The demon’s eyes turned to the werewolf in front of her in shock. “Diego? That is the name you’re going by now? I thought you were dead!” She exclaimed to which the werewolf growled loudly.  The female demon snickered slightly in reply. “Now I can see you’re just a little girl’s protector. What happened to the great Agares who killed numerous enemies by himself?” She asked mockingly. Diego did not make a sound as he made his way in front of the demon and towered over her. The demon swallowed deeply as she shuffled backwards more. Perhaps she was foolish in calling him out… “There is no Agares here. You would do yourself a lot of good if you keep that in mind. I go by the name of Diego now.” The female demon quickly nodded her head in agreement as she looked up at the powerful looming grey-haired demon in front of her.
