What a summer. I don't love Salt Lake City, but they seem to love me. I don't even know if I want to become a professional ballerina, but I am good at it and I don't have to work too hard at it. I will never understand people like Sydney who are so determined to work so hard at something they aren't naturally gifted at.
Dance West has already offered me a spot on their roster for next year after I graduate as long as I continue my training and fulfill the requirements of the auditions. I really don't want to do ballet for my senior solo, but Miss Amber only allows us to do one and I have to do pointe for the audition. I already choreographed my contemporary piece so I am not wasting my time on a ballet piece. I have a plan and we will have to see how well it works out for me.
