Senior year is flying by. My solo is done and I am so excited to perform it for Dance West. I have taken what I have learned from them and mixed it with what Miss Amber has instilled in me. And then added my own flare to make it my own. I had my costume custom made in shades of red with crystals and a flowing skirt. Mom got me shiny red pointe shoes custom painted to match. I am going last in the show so I have time to do my makeup as well.
I had all perfect scores in my first semester classes so I don't have any finals to take. It was nice to be home for an extra week where I could deep clean the house and cook dinner every night for the guys. I still had to teach at the studio, but I didn't mind.
