George thought as he feels his body being paralyzed again like the last time where he used so much of his magic. Everything in his body may it involuntary and voluntary movements is restrained. It feels like the Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid and Glycine are inhibiting all his receptors that renders him immobile. In short, he is suffering from the symptoms of sleep paralysis, although he is not sleeping it is comparably similar.

A moment later, he fell to the ground.

Tomorrow morning, he found himself not on the battlefield that was set up on the tent rather he was in his room on the castle. A gleaming weak light coming through his windows tells approximately the time. It was morning, the battle that happened earlier between the Ametus and Bayronian was just five hours ago, according to his biological clock.

He immediately gets up on the bed, snatched his dark brown coat lying on the chair that was beside him, and went to the governmental offices of the king. He opened the door quickly due to the reason that they are at war earlier and this is not the time to dawdle around. On his doorstep he bumped into the girl who was holding a food tray, it was a familiar figure. It was Lumi Neileigh, her chief attendant. Due to George’s quick reflexes, he catches Lumi who was about to fall on the ground, and pulled her closer. Lumi’s face slightly turned red at the intuition of George’s and his face is close to one another. George gave him a straight look without the intention of averting his gaze, he was taken aback again by how beautiful Lumi is.

“Uhm, your Majesty, you…can let me go…now,” She said modestly, her smooth tone reverberates to all on his spine.

“Oh, sorry” He let go, “you should be careful next time Lumi,” He said in a smooth tone and continued, “tell the ministers of each ministry to meet me at my office on king’s governmental office, We’ll meet an hour from now.”

“Uhm, okay sir, but…here’s your food.” She handed the food tray and was acting differently to George’s, “Then I’ll take my leave…” and she ran off.

Why is she acting indifferent today? Does it have to do anything with the battle? It was appetizing when he glances at it, but there is no time to eat, he needs to go to his offices to wrap all the necessary things to wrap the war and sorting the post-war and begin his revitalization plans. He will eat it while waiting for his ministers.

One hour later, at king governmental office. The ministers of each ministry are gathered there standing before George. Since they are gathered in his office now, he began to speak.

“Now that the war between our country and the Bayronian ended. We can continue our project called revitalization which was delayed by internal and external affairs. Now regarding the note that I gave you yesterday, it was my hypothesis on our magic, and I found out that if we applied our knowledge in math and sciences, we could produce powerful magic. I tried it yesterday on the war and the result is convincing. I say that our magic has some rules written on it like; the user's magic is directly proportional to its knowledge. The more knowledgeable you are in your magic, the more powerful your magic can be. Setting that aside, I promise to my troops that participated in the war that if they died in combat or KIA, the families would receive compensation and their children if they have can have access to education. I don’t have a minister in education, but I believe we can create a system where commoners can have access to education. We have three main universities that offer education but sadly, they are only accepting nobles. So, I decided to abolish that system and amends it. While I’m in my room. I prioritized creating new reforms and policies and education is one of them.

“I’ll oversimplify the new education system, kids below ten years old is compulsory to enroll in the three universities stated, to learn how to read, write, and basic calculation. I called it the primary stage. If they passed on the primary stage then there will be recognition and can study more complex subjects, like sciences, mathematics, economics, history, languages, agriculture, social studies, arts, computers, and technology. I called it the second stage if a person can read or write and can calculate basic math. They have the choice to choose if they want to apply for a primary first or secondary. And lastly, the tertiary stage, just like college. They can specialize in a different field. Like accountancy, architecture, aviation, military, economics, education, engineering, medical field et cetera. All of you will be the professor there while we are overloading our knowledge to the royal court. We have 300 people qualified for teaching. It will be experimental, but I think it's worth the shot. It was the map of the Kingdom of Ametus and its surrounding territories. There are red circles marked on different locations and has written on it that appears to be catalog by Alexander. Now that a map is in front of him, he had now an idea about their geography. The kingdom of Ametus and its capital name is Amedean where the residence of the Ametus Kingdom’s king, Ametus Castle, was. A town had risen around Ametus Castle, and the circular walls surrounding it were reminiscent of a city-state in the Middle Ages Europe. The roofs in the noble’s and the peasants’ quarter are uniformly blue, and this suited the classic images of the town well.

The Ametus Castle was in the center, connected with north, south, east, and west gates by larges roads that were always busy with carriages. Aside from the main roads, there were also countless smaller cobblestone roads radiating out from the castle, and these small roads are yet connected with more small roads. Seen from the air, it would have resembled a spider’s web, or perhaps a snowflake. These roads were lined on both sides with merchants and tradespeople and they were always bustling.

The big forest in the middle has a tree similar to Eucalyptus, Loblolly Pine, and Acacia. I don’t know how those trees grew in this climate, but I think it's different from our world. Those are the trees that can yield papers. Moreover, there is also a tree similar to Heveabrasiliensis a tree that can produce rubber. Alexander concluded, and Adams began to add something to their plans.

I have listed and marked every part of it including the metals that it needs. And as for your John, I want you to synthesize gunpowder, this is the chemical formula” He gave a note on John and ended.”

George’s had a quick look at the blueprint of the gun and accepted it with a nod. He started by imagining all the parts in 3D composition and his hands glow. He individually inserted all the metal parts in the gun in his 3D software on his mind. A moment passed the test was done. When the light receded and fainted. Their eyes widened.

“What the…”

George saw a pistol in his hand they all exclaimed in surprise. Jay then continued by urging John who is still dumbstruck to procure the gunpowder. He read the chemical formula; 2 KNO3 + S + 3 C → K2S + N2 + 3 CO2. It also includes the chemical composition of the gunpowder. With that all on his mind, he began procuring it. Firstly, he extended his hand to the table and suddenly a black powder gushes out within his hand. He let it flow for a while and then turned it off. “Your Majesty if we introduce this gun to the world. Expect third-party intervention. This gun will revolutionize warfare in this world. So, are you ready to take part in it? Mr. President?” He declared.

When George called their name, John immediately stepped in and begin.

The meeting went on for about six hours talking about the precision and accuracy of the plan. They improved each other’s idea and was ready to make a proposal to the council. The council is like congress. They need authorization from the court to implements their policies and amendments.

When the meeting was about to end, George then said something.

“Guys, I will need you to do your very best! Your limits!” He said and continued, “but I do have a problem, I need to stay at the Capital of the principality. I need to stay there for about six months for restoring order. Since we had won the war. There is no line to the throne as the royal prince and the king was killed in action. It’s a waste if we don’t annex the principality to ours and also, we can improve and secure my legitimacy as the king of this country by winning this war. So, in a week, I will procure anything you need in metals.”

“We understand George’s it’s a natural job for the king anyways, besides, you have a smartphone created by Benjamin and with that, we can communicate with each other.” The man who spoke is Jay, he approached him and give him a gun that he was holding, “Use this for your protection, if you need to want me to create transportation like helicopters we can do it tomorrow. I have the blueprints on my mind.” He suggested.

“Thank you, Jay, I will work on that helicopter tomorrow, I believe that we can do it all together. So, rest know tomorrow I will announce all our proposed plans to the councils.”

And with that they left, the meeting between the founding fathers ended. It was a long meeting, and he was hungry. He went to the kitchen to eat and after that, he went to his office to do some work. Within that time, he already created an appointment to the council where the high-ranking officials will gather there. He will use those to declare their victory on war and implementing their policies. It would be broadcasted live on the gem broadcasting system.

The grand hall a place where George will declare the victory of Ametus and implementation of their policies, The hall is big enough to accommodate 100 people that includes, including the three dukes, high ranking nobles, minority leaders, and his ministers.

George then took the stage and stand on the podium; the gem broadcasting system is now live and now giving live images throughout the kingdom. It is also lived in different countries including the strongest country in this world, the Baharuth Empire.

In the governmental offices of the Baharuth Empire, three people are gathered there to watch together.

“Let’s see how good the king truly is.” A young woman said in royal attire. Will be introduced in the later chapter.

“Defeating an army within a matter of hours is an incredible feat! Also, according to my spies that watched the battle between the two countries, am shocked at George’s magical ability. He defeated a cavalry charging towards him by piercing a countless metal.” Another woman said,

“Well, the thing is that the Principality is our allied country, a signatory to the union. I don’t think I can help them since they attacked and killed the royal family during their state of the kingdom. We gonna let them do their thing for a while and set up a meeting at a later date. Will you accompany me summoned hero Kazuya Sato?” The princess said to the man who called him a hero and the hero gave out a smirk.

A round of applause reverberated throughout the hall as George stood at the podium with a ton of papers in his hand. He raised his hand to stop their clapping and he began.

“Good Afternoon everyone, I am your king George Ametus, on this day I would like to say to you that the Kingdom of Ametus won a war against the Principality of Bayronian and we have got our revenge and also delivered justice upon them!” He raised his fist in a majestic tone followed by countless cheers within and outside of the castle, “Now, I would like to say to you that the Kingdom of Ametus will occupy the capital city of Principality of Bayronian. Since the royal families partake in the war, they were killed personally by me, resulting in the being of Principality leaderless. Our forces our occupying the capital as we speak and under my orders to not commit heinous crimes to the civilians of Principality.” He continued, “setting that aside, I would like to use this opportunity to tell you my people that this kingdom will undergo drastic change

“Thanks to my ministers who worked day and night, dusk till dawn. To create policies and projects for the betterment of the country. At first, I would like to reform our education system” When he said that the crowds turned silent, meanwhile in the Empire and to another country, they were bewildered at the sudden proposal.

“According to the latest census made by my minister of commerce, the population of this country is 23 million people. 30% of them can read and write while the rest are illiterate. To solve that problem, I will abolish the current system where the nobles and royals have only access to education. The contents of the new system are written on the file that can be found in front of your desk. It states that; Everyone has the right to education regardless of race. Education shall be free, at least in the primary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit. Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance, and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups. Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.

“The railway system is a new kind of transportation and can be also be used in logistics. It uses electricity to run itself…” And when he tried to explain, the nobles wore an incredulous expression, he continued. “well it's better to show you that in the future rather than explaining to you…”

And then he also introduced John policies about clean environments where they will create a drainage system and cleaning the horse dung that can cause various diseases. He also introduced the use of a water pipe where people would no longer go to the nearest river to get fresh water instead the water is the one who will come to their houses.

After that, he introduces a new form of energy called that will revolutionize manpower, instead of manpower it will now be the work of machinery. He also emphasized the infrastructure act where they will build hospitals and schools. Since even if they introduce a ton of technology to these people, they don’t know how to use them.

He also introduces improving public health by conducting seminars about personal hygiene, all policies proposed by them are clearly elaborated within the speech to help them keep up on these new and alien policies.

Meanwhile, in the Baharuth Empire, royal castle. Kazuya who was watching with the two girls trembled on his seat.

“The king of the Ametus, is idealistic huh? How can he build those impossible things? New transportation? Militarizing themselves? Minister of Energy? It's like that they are building new things similar from the Council of the Summoned Heroes."

And finally, the two women noticed his uneasiness, “Huh? Are you saying the prince no longer existed? And the current prince now is under the occupation of different consciousness from your world?”

The queen now understands the situation, the new king should not be taken lightly since he was inept in the past. They should take them seriously since if what was the hero said is true, then it can cause a future problem for the Empire.

“Kazuma, accompany me, we will meet the king personally with the hope of knowing his true nature. We will know if that person is a threat or not.”
